Double-glazed and fire-resistant with extreme noise reduction capabilities

Alufire Neo FR+ Line is a system of double-glazed fire-resistant partitions with high acoustic insulation parameters – Rw up to 53dB. It has been designed for use in rooms intended for confidential conversations, such as directors’ offices or conference rooms, dividing fire-zones.

The system has undergone laboratory testing using various glass combinations. The glazed fire-walls have a fire resistance of El30 or El 60. At the same time, thanks to the use of a second glass pane, it has become possible to obtain high noise insulation.

The profile is distinguished by high aesthetics – the height of 35mm guarantees full consistency with other products of the Alufire Neo Systems family.

Regarding acoustics, we have many different glass solutions to create noise insulated rooms. Thanks to the second pane of glass used, the Rw value can go up to 53dB

35 mm profiles

The profile height ensures a light and minimal look and guarantees a full visual consistency with the rest Alufire Neo Systems family of products.

Compatibility

The low, 35mm high profile height guarantees visual consistency and above all mechanical compatibility with all Neo Systems family of products.

PERFORMANCE

Use category IV

Alufire Neo FR+ Line partitions can be installed in category IV buildings, due to the fact that they can withstand ~1000N/m of force. Category IV buildings face a very high constant flow of people. For example, airports, hospitals, big offices, etc.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Unlimited partition width

Alufire Neo FR+ has no width limits whatsoever (No additional profiles needed whatever the total length of the construction).

Raised floor

Alufire Neo FR+ can be installed on raised floors.
