Alufire-Neo Office Line

A minimal and elegant partition system solution

Alufire Neo Office Line is a single-glazed aluminium partition system that is the basis of the entire Neo family of systems. This fully glazed partition maximizes the flow of light and provides a sense of openness and clarity to the users of buildings.

Modern buildings require efficient and elegant solutions in room segregation. Walls are outdated, let there be light. Alufire Neo Office Line lets natural light flow through buildings and is the perfect complementary product to Alufire Neo FR Line. Side by side, the two products can be virtually indistinguishable.

HIGHLIGHTS

IsoSound infill

A special innovative material we call IsoSound is inserted into the profiles to increase the noise insulating capabilities of the system. IsoSound is a vital element of the system, filling the empty space inside the profile and dampening soundwaves so they can’t travel to the other side of the partition.

35mm profile

The profile height ensures a light and minimal look and guarantees a full visual consistency with the rest Alufire Neo family of products.

Profile system option

If the project or architect requires profile frames added to the system for aesthetical reasons, we provide this option too. All our systems can be turned to framed systems for creating loft-styled looks.

Innovative installation system

Steel fastening elements do not need to be screwed and at the same time are used as holders for attaching covering profiles.

Bent walls

The partition system allows the creation of bent structures. The minimum internal bending radius of Alufire Neo Office Line is 1100mm. This means greater flexibility in design.

PERFORMANCE

Use category III/IV

Depending on the glass used the system can satisfy a lower use category than our standard IV for cost effectiveness. Category IV buildings face a very high constant flow of people. For example, airports, hospitals, big offices, etc.

Rw up to 41dB

IsoSound combined with an acoustic foil sandwiched between the glass panes creates a barrier for soundwaves that weakens them and helps the system achieve the highest possible parameters for a single-pane construction.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Unlimited partition width

Alufire Neo Office Line has no width limits whatsoever (No additional profiles needed whatever the total length of the construction).

Other profile options - Hidden profiles

The partition system is flexible to be installed in many cases using different profiles. We provide the option of hiding the profile in the floor to achieve a complete glass surface. Moreover, the profiles can be mounted on suspended ceilings and raised floors.

Other profile options - Raised profiles

The partition system is flexible to be installed in many cases using different profiles. We provide the option of raising the profiles by 6mm allowing the finishing of the lining being invisible.

Installation panel

Alufire Neo Office Line panel is a vertical element for partitions designed to provide easy installation and cabling such as switches, controllers, access control readers, etc. The solution is also used in the connection of a glazed partition with a plasterboard wall, hiding its front edge.

Innovative installation system

Quick and convenient assembly is possible thanks to use of an innovative system of washers and other special elements securing the glass during assembly. Easier installation means less mistakes and less unpredictable costs.
