Our most advanced fire-resistant, frameless aluminium system.

Alufire Vision Line is one of the first and most advanced systems that gives building creatives the chance to design clear, sound insulating, fire resistant glassed partitions with fire resistance of up to 60 minutes. Certified as EI, in other words providing integrity and insulation and additionally, with certain project criteria passed, certifying as REI too. Featuring up to 47 dB sound reduction, Alufire Vision Line is full of features and that’s why it gets installed in the most prestigious projects.

Alufire Vision Line gives unlimited visual possibilities in creating effortless, yet stunning and sophisticated interior spaces with extended transparent sight lines. With Alufire Vision Line there is no black opaque silicone of up to 30mm. Instead, the system features an almost transparent 4-6mm silicone that can be painted in 3 different colours. Additionally, its glass-to glass connection options, give the architect or interior designer the tools to create the most amazing interior spaces with fire-resistance.

Vision Line's impressive acoustic performance is due to the company's many years of research and dedication in noise reduction. The high quality and continuous upgrades in materials is resulting in this superb noise-reduction performance.

Hidden profiles

The profiles can be hidden in the floor and ceiling to create a cleaner look. (We advise to install the system halfway inside the floor and ceiling, in order to avoid glass damage by everyday use)

Non-typical shapes and colors

The partitions can be painted in any RAL, Decoral or NCS colors. Moreover, we can construct non-typical shapes such as arch structures.

Also compatible with non fire-resistant doors

All our systems are compatible with 3rd party wooden, profile or all-glass doors. (The availability of this solution is being determined by the legislation of the country that our products are going to be installed in).

COMPATIBILITY
Alufire Vision Line partitions alongside with Classic Line Doors, create a combined aluminium profile of only 16.5cm due to the full compatibility of all our systems.

FIRE-RATED SILICONE
The use of fire-rated silicone has been reduced to 4-6mm of thickness. Available color options: transparent grey, white and black.

GLASS-TO-GLASS
We have an extensive offer of glass-to-glass connections. Featuring 90°-179° connections and the innovative "T" connection.

PERFORMANCE

Use category IV

Alufire Vision Line partitions can be installed in category IV buildings, due to the fact that they can withstand ~1000N/m of force. Category IV buildings face a very high constant flow of people. For example, airports, hospitals, big offices, etc.

Corrosion resistance class C4

The highest class for aluminium. Alufire Vision Line can be installed in chemical manufacturers, swimming baths and ship-/boatyards by the sea.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Unlimited partition width

Alufire Vision Line has no width limits whatsoever (No additional profiles needed whatever the total length of the construction).

Raised floor

Alufire Vision Line is certified and can be installed on raised floors.

OVER 450 DIFFERENT SHADES & FINISHES

We can provide the in -and outside of the profiles in almost every colour available. Metallic or anodised, matt or gloss RAL-colours, or even a special low maintenance and scratch resistant coatex finish. On top of that, the system can even get a realistic wood structure. At Alufire we focus on quality and sustainability, offering all treatments according to certified European Qualicoat standards.
